Refund policy

Aurea Forma is committed to providing quality products and a reliable customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
Personal care products, hygiene-sensitive goods, customized or personalized items, digital products, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization
All returns require prior approval. To request authorization, please contact webemporium.us@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five (5) to seven (7) business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Supporting photographs may be required.
